Pochette pocket fiddle: Highly figured maple, sitka spruce top and apple wood fingerboard and tailpiece.  Gamut gut strings.  Pig head scroll.  11" scale length.  Plays great!

Pochettes/Dancing Master kits were used in the 18th and 19th centuries.  Also referred to as pocket fiddles due to their size and proportions that allowed these fiddles to be stored inside a coat pocket.
