Mac Traynham- Fretless Kyle Creed Replica- Sold
Mac Traynham from south West Virginia builds a limited number of banjos a year, making it rare for his banjos to be offered for sale. This is an amazing player. Mac used a Kyle Creed banjo as a model to make this fretless banjo from. It has some rather unique and wonderful features. The fingerboard may look like ebony but it is in fact a counter top material named "Paper Stone". This material is EXTREMELY dense, denser than ebony in fact. The peghead and rim cap are also made from this material. Paper Stone is a recycled product from paper mixed with resin.
